Look at your package if you do not understand the items it has to many chemicals.
Stay to the outside of the aisles when shopping. The inside is where the boxed food is.
Pre-Plan your meals .
Pre- make your meals and freeze.
Invest in good tupperware and a lunch box. Once you see the savings from fast food it will be worth it!
Get rid of all soda in the house. Even diet! Soda dehydrates you.
Add lean protein to every feeding, includes, dairy.
Nutrition is not hard. It is very simple actually but in todays' society we want it NOW!
We do not want to slow down an cook our meals prepare our lunches.
Take it in steps ,set goals to want you want. If your a big soda drinker aim to drink less soda in one week replace one soda with one water. After that goal has been reached add a new goal. By doing this you are setting yourself up for great results.
If you take ALL! your bad habits an throw them out the door you will be bringing them right back into your house within the first month.
